We can only truly be seen by others when we learn to be seen by ourselves.

Michell Biton · Boundaries and relational healing sessions

Who I am

Hey, I'm Michell, and I help people create and communicate healthy boundaries through REALationship Communication, based on NVC, by Steve Torma Technology.

My work is devoted to helping people build more honest, conscious, and connected relationships through emotional awareness, embodied communication, and relational healing. Clear boundaries and authentic expression are, for me, the foundation of deeper human connection.

You already understand a lot. That isn't the missing part.

I know exactly what I want to say, and I freeze when it matters.

I understand my patterns, and I keep living inside them anyway.

I want closer relationships without disappearing into them.

The relationship you have with yourself is the template for every relationship after it.

What we will do together

Learning to communicate boundaries with clarity, honesty, and presence.

Together we explore relational patterns, emotional triggers, communication challenges, and nervous system responses. The process builds self-awareness, emotional regulation, embodied boundaries, and more authentic ways of relating.

The method, in three stages

  1. 1

    Feelings versus thoughts

Learning the difference between what you feel and what you think about what you feel, and building a real emotional vocabulary instead of jumping straight to interpretation.

  2. 2

    Soft and hard boundaries

Understanding how the two differ, and practicing which one a given moment calls for, so your boundary serves a real need and not only the wish to keep the peace.

  3. 3

Empathy for yourself, then for others

Listening inward first, then outward, including how to hold a boundary honestly in the moments when you don't have the space to hold empathy for someone else.
